1. For we are over 25 years old manufacturing company M/S Shivon International, we have been engaged in manufacturing Aluminium Casting Parts. We can produce components of various standard and complex alloys.

2. We are also able to offer finished machining, assembly and other secondary operations such as heat-treating, blasting, polishing, plating and painting etc.

3. All in-house Utilizing CAD/CAM, our company designs and manufacture the required tooling. Therefore we are capable to provide full manufacturing services with the advantage of lower cost and high quality.

It is our great pleasure to introduce ourselves as a potential vendor for manufacture and supply of aluminium casting and CNC Machined components to The Emerson Electric, specializing in all kinds of critical and non-critical cast aluminium products.

Our company Shivon International specializes in Aluminium gravity die-castings, low-pressure & high-pressure die-castings and sand castings conforming to ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS and other International standards. In many cases, we follow even stricter and more stringent standards laid down by our esteemed customers for specific products.

Our foundry facility is backed by an in-house tool room with CNC Machining, which are duly supported by the best available software, enabling 3-D (CAD) parametric modelling, mould/die designing and mould/die manufacturing (CAM). We offer our Customer the facility of complete machining, finishing and assembly of components to desired specifications at our in-house machine shop.

We are registered vendors and OEM suppliers of aluminium casting components to several Indian companies. We export to the international market too, covering the automobile, electrical, light engineering, construction and some other sectors.
